Jason J. Clark is a diversity executive with over 15 years of experience empowering people and communities through equity and inclusion.
Jason is currently a Diversity Business Partner at Charles Schwab serving as a chief consultant to the company’s executives. He partners with leaders to translate corporate D&I goals into enterprise-specific action plans that drive the advancement of internal talent and cultivate inclusion.
Before joining Schwab, Jason was the Head of Diversity & University Relations at Empower Retirement. There, he established an internship program, oversaw a D&I executive steering committee, grew an employee resource group program, and garnered national recognition through various best-in-class distinctions like the Human Rights Campaign, Disability Equality Index and Women in the Workplace.
Prior to joining the corporate sector, Jason held leadership positions within higher education and the college access programs including the University of Colorado Denver, College Track, and the Denver Scholarship Foundation.
Raised in Spanish Harlem New York, Jason is committed to serving communities wherever he resides. He currently serves on the board of the Denver Scholarship Foundation and the University of Colorado Denver’s Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College, a master’s degree from the University of Denver and is alumnus of the Latino Leadership Institute.
