Libby joins the Attainment Network as a Pathways Director with experiences spanning higher education, K-12, and nonprofit work focused on creating programs and systems to support students in achieving their academic, personal, and work-related goals. Libby believes deeply in the power of relationships and collaboration to drive creative and innovative solutions across educational and workforce systems to design equitable systems for all students.
Before joining The Attainment Network, Libby held several leadership roles at Aims Community College, including Assistant Vice President for Student Equity Inclusion and Success Dean of Community and Workforce Partnerships, and Assistant Dean for Early College High Schools. Libby also worked with the Greeley Evans School District as a Career Pathways Specialist, working to strengthen systems supporting students in their postsecondary and workforce pathways. Before her time in Northern Colorado, Libby worked in the Denver area with the Community College of Aurora and the Daniels Fund, leading efforts to support access to and success in higher education for low-income, first-generation students, and students of color.
Libby was born and raised in Colorado, growing up on the Western Slope in Grand Junction. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado as well as a master’s degree in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University. Libby lives in Fort Collins with her husband Levi and their daughter Rece.
